It was an excellent experience. Thanks to Ivy, Shawn and the manager (who I met on the counter when I was checking out) for their support. My suggestion is the management should start in-house lunch and dinner also. But overall five stars to this place. Will come back here when I visit Xi'an next time.

Overall good value but getting a little tired. Lobby not a comfortable place to wait while family members come down. Immediate local area a bit shabby but a short drive to most places. The park opposite has a big kids play area during the day.

This was my first time in China, and i was absolutely impressed . I got a clean and tidy room, with modern design, toilet which i could normally use, hot water which was kinda like blessing. Even if it was not very long, i quite saw a lot of things. The location was also good i could just walk around and not be afraid of anything, which is very important for solo travelers, especially if they are girls. The staff was great, they are very kind, friendly and supportive. The front desk agent, Dany, was very pleasant and tried to help me even with my bad chinese. As such, i would like to tell you that it was one of the most outstanding experiences I had in china and that I will certainly return here one day. Thank you

I went there with my family and we booked two rooms in a rush through a third party app. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful when i requested to make a modification on our current booking. The rooms were clean and tidy. highly recommended if you are visiting Xi'an.

What an amazing experience! We stayed at this hotel during our visit to Xi'an. We found the rooms were tidy and clean. The staff Xiao Xiang and Ivy were exceptionally hospitable and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

The room had some black marks on the wall but only in one or two places. The desk team were helpful and were happy to give water and coffee when we asked for it. Breakfast had good choices such as toast and croissants, hot dishes of vegetables, and plenty of drinks such as tea, coffee, juices, and soy milk. It’s located about 10 minutes away from two metro stations and two gates to the old city.
